This week we are highlighting a used 13,397 Sq Ft Horizontal Stainless Steel U-Tube Heat Exchanger. Manufactured by Miller Exchangers, this quality piece of machinery is priced to sell and contains the following specifications:

  • Carbon Steel Shell rated 50 PSI @ 200 Deg F
  • 304L-SS tubes rated 75 PSI @ 300 deg. F
  • Shell: 96″ OD x 30′ 8″ L (OAL – 33′ 9.5″). (1279) 1″ dia tubes X 20′ L. 4 Pass Tubes
  • Nozzles: Shell – 12″ in, 16″ out, Tubes – 20″ in, 8″ out
  • Built by Miller Exchangers, 1977, S/N: J-393-1, NB# 106.
  • Approx weight: 95,000 lb

We purchase our heat exchangers from multi-national processing companies. We typically send our own staff to dismantle and remove the equipment so we are certain it is executed properly.
